Cancellation and refund

The congress office must be notified of the registration cancellation in writing via an email (congress@aiac2018.de). Cancellations by telephone will not be accepted. The refunds will be made after the congress.

Name change

If you are prevented from attending the congress you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. Please notify the congress office by writing an email (congress@aiac2018.de). A handling fee of 30 EUR for each name change will be charged.

Panel organizers receive a 50% discount on the registration fee!
